I am a mother, wife, sister, daughter, friend, colleague, and confidant. I am a hope-giver and healing-seeker. I obtained my bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University in 2003. After spending some much-needed time with my children, I attended and graduated from the University of Saint Mary in 2016 with my Master's in Counseling Psychology. I have worked with children and families for over 20 years in many capacities. 

Since opening my practice, I have helped individuals face life's challenges by healing from past trauma and moving forward with empowerment and self-love. We will explore your struggles with an integrated approach that may include CBT, DBT, ACT, Attachment, and other modalities. I work with teens, adults, and couples. I specialize in the LGBTQIA+ community, including poly and ENM as well.
